The Celestron CGEM 800 features a high optical quality Celestron C8 Schmidt Cassegrain telescope mounted on an innovative computerized equatorial mount. Performance and design combine with All Star alignment features, tracking beyond the meridian, permanent programmable periodic error correction and vibration free stability for both imaging and visual observing. The Celestron CGEM 800 has a full 203.2 mm (8") aperture operating at a focal length of 2032 mm (80") to provide a focal ratio of f/10. Premium StarBright XLT coatings give a limiting magnitude of 14 with an outstanding .57 arc seconds of resolution. Features removable visual back, internal wiring, autoguide, auxiliary ports and communication ports, flash upgradeable software and integrated optical encoders. The Celestron CGEM 800 comes complete with NexStar Control, Steel Tripod, Star Diagonal, Software, Car Battery Adapter, 25mm Eyepiece, 6X30 Finderscope, Drive Motors, Cables and more.
