Shipping of your order

Robtics uses dynamic shipping costs; the higher the purchase amount, the lower the shipping costs. Purchases above 750 euros are sent for free* within the Netherlands and Belgium!

Items that are in stock will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment and at the latest within a few working days. All orders up to 30 kilograms are normally sent by PostNL or a similar postal service. Within the customer data section of the website your order can be tracked using the 'Tracking and tracing' service of the carrier. Shipping of orders with a total weight of more than 30 kilograms is handled by parcel post companies / couriers.

Robtics has a very large stock of its own and therefore has extremely fast delivery times. Items that are not in stock, unexpectedly, have a delivery time depending on the supplier and / or manufacturer. After ordering and receiving your payment, Robtics will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail.

Returns

Returning is only possible in accordance with the terms and conditions and after written consultation with Robtics.
Unstamped shipments will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed.
