ROBTICS offers a very wide range of telescopes, binoculars and accessories. From telescopes for the starting amateur to complete equipment for professional observatories. You can place orders through the web store and in the physical ROBTICS store with showroom in Leidschendam.

Showroom

We have show models of many of our products in the ROBTICS showroom. This gives you the opportunity to see and feel the products 'in person'. In addition, the show models are regularly tested by ROBTICS employees to gain practical experience with the actual instruments in order to be able to share these experiences with our customers.

You will also find many astronomical accessories such as filters, cameras, mounts, dew protection, telescope rings, cases, cables, adapter rings, tripods, viewers, optics cleaning items, focusing devices, counterweights, dovetails, books, etc.

In the ROBTICS showroom you will almost always find what you are looking for, even many products that are not included on the Robtics website... The Robtics store with large showroom can be visited Wednesday from 17:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. If these opening hours do not suit you, contact us for an appointment.

Trade in service

ROBTICS also trades in your used astronomical items, which means that ROBTICS always has an impressive display of occasions. Among these are always very interesting and very affordable products. All occasions offered by ROBTICS are thoroughly inspected and are only offered to our customers if they are in good condition and work without problems. This ensures that you have a product that works well without the risk of taking over someone else's misery.

Are you looking for a good and affordable mount, telescope or accessory? Come and see the ever changing occasions in stock and you may find the gem you've been looking for for ages!

Do you have astronomical gear that you no longer use? Bring them with you with your next visit to the ROBTICS showroom! ROBTICS inspects the products and will make an offer on the spot.

Advice service

In the ROBTICS catalogue you will find products from more than two hundred(!) different suppliers and brands. ROBTICS is therefore proud to be able to provide supplier and brand independent advice. As a result, advice is not based on a limited supply, but customized advice is possible that is fully tailored to the wishes of the customer. Due to the many years of hands-on experience with astronomy, astrophotography and astronomical products, ROBTICS can provide you with honest personal advice.

Installation service

ROBTICS can also take care of the installation of your equipment. For example, ROBTICS has supplied and installed countless domes with equipment in the Netherlands and Belgium. Ask about the possibilities!

Aftercare service

A purchase at ROBTICS does not stop with the delivery of the product. ROBTICS considers customer loyalty important and therefore offers active aftercare of delivered and installed equipment.

Maintenance service

Due to its in-depth equipment knowledge, ROBTICS can also perform and / or facilitate maintenance of astronomical equipment. Contact us for the possibilities.

Workshop

ROBTICS has its own workshop. Here all orders are prepared for shipment and repairs and maintenance is carried out.

The ROBTICS team regularly undergoes technical training from Sky-Watcher, Meade, iOptron and TeleVue, among others. The advantage of this is that in the event of a technical or mechanical failure you do not have to wait weeks or even months for your product to be checked.

Customization service

Telescope rings with metric thread, viewfinder rings with imperial (US) thread? No problem! In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, ROBTICS always has a large collection of metric and imperial size bolts in stock. This allows us to ensure that every accessory can be mounted on every telescope tube.

Hobby

In addition to commercial activities, ROBTICS has been, is and will always be actively involved in the popularization of astronomy. Over the years (40+) we have received over 40,000 people at home to let them enjoy this wonderful hobby. And we still do that with great pleasure.

In addition, ROBTICS sponsors various projects and events, including various public observatories and schools. ROBTICS also organizes activities itself, such as astro-trunk-sales, webcam and astrophotography courses and observe-and-compare evenings.

ROBTICS also comes to visit you! ROBTICS is a frequent guest at star parties, trade fairs and club gatherings in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Under the 'news' menu we have an up-to-date agenda of our activities.
