Two different 12V plug types are common for astronomy devices:
- 12V 5.5/2.1 plug with 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.1mm inner diameter
- 12V 5.5/2.5 plug with 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.5mm inner diameter
