H-alpha Solar Telescope with 60mm aperture and <0.7 Angstrom bandwidth, with Feather-Touch focuser and new air-pressure tuning system. Will be delivered without Blocking Filter, can be used only with optional Blocking Filter!

This telescope will be delivered without Blocking Filter. You can find many Blocking Filters at "Optional Accessories" in various sizes, in 90° star-diagonal or straight extension-tube. You can use all these Blocking Filters with this telescope. ATTENTION: Without such a Blocking Filter you can not use this telescope!

The LS60THa is a Solar Telescope with 60mm aperture and 500mm focal length. An internal etalon with new air-pressure tuning adjustment allows for a <0.7 Angstrom bandwidth. This "Pressure Tuner" system allows a better Etalon adjustment than other systems. The ?Pressure Tuner? system adapted the Etalon to varying altitudes and atmospheric pressures for always optimal performance. With the matched collimation lens set, the LS60THa is fully corrected for on axis coma, astigmatism and de-centering aberrations and provides a full spherically corrected flat-field Solar-Telescope.

Fine adjustment is achieved with a Starlight Instruments 2" Feather Touch focuser with 1.5" travel and 10:1 reduction.
