Cable for direct connection of a Meade LX200 mount to a PC for PC control. The RJ-12 6P6C side of the cable is connected to the mount/hand controller and the USB connector connects to the PC, laptop or ASIAIR or similar devices.

Cable uses the FTDI-chip and is compatible with Windows 7/8/10, MAC, Android, Linux, CE. Local planetarium/EQMOD or similar software can be used for mount control.

100% compatible replacement for the original Meade #507 cable. Control telescope from computer with astronomical software. Compatible with ASU, StarPatch and Autostar. Works for Autostar II and LX200, Meade 497 Auto-star telescopes and Meade 494 Autostar telescopes.

Please note: This cable is NOT compatible with older Version Meade LX200 classic telescopes.
