DSLR camera use lithium batteries that, during long exposure astrophotography, can run out of charge and thus avoid you imaging the night sky. That's why we created these cables with voltage regulator and false battery that allow you to power your camera directly from the PrimaLuceLab Eagle (also Eagle Core) in place of the battery.

These PrimaLuceLab Eagle-compatible power cables feature on one side the false battery that plugs into the DSLR in place of the standard battery. On the other hand they have the plug with screw connection to prevent from being accidentally disconnected from Eagle. In the middle there is a voltage regulator which converts the power to the voltage required by the selected camera.
